These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Complete Build Ltd website and the services we provide as a temporary employment agency for the UK construction industry. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Complete Build Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16737222, incorporated on 23 September 2025, with its registered office at 112a Acre Lane, London, England, SW2 5RA. You can contact us at contact@completebuildltd.co.uk or 020 3488 7129.

2. Our services

We supply temporary construction workers (including skilled tradespeople, semi- skilled operatives and general labourers) to clients on a short-term, flexible basis. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all placements are made on an agency- worker basis — workers we place remain workers of Complete Build Ltd or are engaged through approved payroll arrangements, and are not direct employees of the client.

3. Use of this website

By using this website you agree that you will not:

• Use the site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its servers.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code or any other harmful material.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the site without our written consent.

4. Applications and enquiries

When you apply for a position or send us a client enquiry (including by email), you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw any application or enquiry at our sole discretion.

5. Workers

5.1 Compliance

Workers placed by Complete Build Ltd must hold a valid CSCS card (or trade-appropriate equivalent), provide proof of the right to work in the UK, supply references on request, and wear the correct PPE on site. Misrepresentation of qualifications or eligibility may result in removal from our books.

5.2 Payment

Workers are paid at the rates agreed at the point of placement, either on a PAYE or CIS basis as appropriate. Hours must be confirmed by an authorised client representative before payment is made.

6. Clients

6.1 Fees

Client charges are as set out in our confirmation of booking or written quotation. Invoices are payable within the terms stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6.2 Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing a safe working environment in line with health and safety legislation.
• Providing accurate site inductions, risk assessments and method statements.
• Supervising and directing the day-to-day work of placed workers.
• Confirming accurate timesheets.

7. Cancellations

Where a client cancels a confirmed booking at short notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to a minimum of four hours at the agreed rate per worker, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with our services shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of contracts or loss of business opportunity.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and layout — is owned by or licensed to Complete Build Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, but may not otherwise reproduce, republish or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the “Last updated” date shown at the top. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
